We are looking for a passionate and creative Happiness Coordinator to lead efforts that cultivate a positive, inclusive, and engaging employee experience at our Bogotá office. If you're driven by making meaningful connections, building uplifting workplace culture, and enhancing employee well-being, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute innovative engagement strategies (onsite and remote) across areas such as employee recognition, wellness, social impact, and professional growth.
- Gather, analyze, and present data from surveys and employee feedback channels to drive meaningful improvements.
- Maintain a centralized system to document initiatives and measure their impact on employee satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate key programs in an engaging way to ensure employees feel connected and informed.
- Stay current with emerging workplace trends to enhance our employee experience and culture.
- Provide warm, thoughtful hospitality for internal and external site visitors—including coordinating transportation and welcome logistics.
- Support other employee experience projects aligned with our mission and values.
What You Bring:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; studies in Psychology or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2–4 years in employee engagement, HR, or related areas—especially in BPO, hospitality, travel, or tourism industries.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English & Spanish)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Passionate about improving workplace culture and employee happiness
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides); presentation experience is a plus
- Collaborative, proactive, and respectful of confidentiality
Additional Requirements:
- Comfortable with extended periods of standing or walking
- Willing to work flexible hours occasionally for major events or key initiatives
