Business Manager Fintech - Bilingual
We are seeking a strategic Business Manager to take full ownership of an assigned client account. In this role, you will be directly accountable for the P&L of your service lines, driving long-term profitability, structural excellence, and operational growth. You will act as the core daily point of contact for client vendor managers, ensuring seamless process execution, high client satisfaction, and proactive negotiation.
About the Role
- Financial Ownership: Full accountability for the account's P&L, managing budgets, and overseeing billing models like FTE rates.
- Client Leadership: Serve as the primary daily point of contact for client vendor managers, aligning with international communication norms and handling routine negotiations.
- Team Footprint: Direct and support a team of Senior Team Leaders and Team Leaders to meet critical service goals.
- Metric Focused: Deliver dashboard-quality KPI reporting, enforce existing SOPs, and apply corrective actions to keep performance metrics "green".
Responsibilities
- Full accountability for the account's P&L, managing budgets, and overseeing billing models like FTE rates.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Business manager (Account manager or Operations manager).
- Proven track record managing a scale of at least 100 HC or 3 accounts.
- Direct experience in Fintech background and managing or supporting account finances.
- Advanced English (B2/C1).
- University degree completion or in-progress is a huge plus.
- Experience with EMEA markets and a Lean Six Sigma certification are highly preferred.
